Leading agents as a development team to rewrite a real mobile app from scratch.
Momentuan lets people sharing a wedding, a trip or an event build an album together without having to know each other or connect on a social network.
A QR code opens the experience and every photo keeps its real moment, making it possible to see the same event from many points of view.
The previous Xamarin app had obsolete code and had fallen out of use. The new app had to be written entirely from scratch, reusing the existing backend on ASP.NET Framework, SQL Server and image storage on Windows Server.

OpenClaw kept the overall vision and the project’s continuity. Claude Code did most of the .NET MAUI implementation and wrote the xUnit tests. Claude Design proposed the overall design, which I then improved, especially in usability. ChatGPT helped with specific SQL performance analyses.
Jenkins automates distribution to the Apple App Store and Google Play test channels. Around twenty users are currently taking part in pre-launch validation.
The one-week estimate refers exclusively to the new mobile app. The backend already existed and is outside the comparison.
